The chairman of the Cliftonville Partnership from 2008 is Mr Damien Cooke who has traded in the road at Cooke & Co Estate Agents and Letting Agents after completely renovating the building at 147 Northdown Road in 1992. Damien is also a proud trustee of the Theatre Royal Margate.
